VPN Client - NCP Secure Entry Client
TELCO TECH recommends NCP Secure Entry Client for highly secure VPN connections between mobile clients and central LiSS series systems. Based on the standard IPSec Secure Entry Client and LiSS series are interoperable.
Teleworkers and travelling persons are able to access transparently the company's data network by using any Internet access technology worldwide.
Next to encryption, an integrated personal firewall and authentication by certificates (PKI) ensure trust and integrity for secure communication.
Expensive dial-in connections can be replaced by secure connections over the worldwide Internet. Data compression, channel bundling (ISDN) and an intelligent line management are further points to save costs.
The NCP Secure Entry Client can also be used within the LAN. By using the end-to-end security concept, communication securely passes routers and wireless access points.
Supported dial-in technologies:
ISDN, analog telephone network, xDSL, GSM, GPRS and UMTS.
Supported operating systems:
The NCP Secure Entry client version 9.0 supports the operating systems Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista.
For the operating systems Windows NT, Windows 98, and Windows ME quality assurance and support does not take place anymore. NCP does not safeguard the functional efficiency of the client software under operating systems like Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows ME.
Note:
During registration under Windows Vista the client software 9.0 requires a license key 9.0. The use of an older license key (<9.0) is not possible.
